These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of missionbeachtattoo.com (the “site”), which is operated by Mission Beach Tattoo, 3215 Mission Blvd, San Diego, CA 92109. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms.
About the site and our services
The site gives information about Mission Beach Tattoo, our artists, our walk-in policy, pricing guidance and the blog, and lets you send us a request through our contact form. Tattoos are done in person at our studio. Nothing on the site is a guaranteed price, appointment or offer until we confirm it with you directly.
Contacting us and booking
- Sending the contact form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only when we confirm it with you.
- Pricing information on the site is general guidance. Final pricing depends on the design, size, placement and time involved, and is agreed in the studio.
- Tattoos are available only to adults aged 18 or over, with valid identification, as required by California law. Studio paperwork and policies are completed in person.
- Please give us accurate contact details and information. You are responsible for what you send us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes trying to break into or disrupt it, sending spam or harmful code through the contact form, collecting information about other visitors, or using the site for anything unlawful or abusive.
Content you send us
If you send us reference photos or descriptions, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You give us permission to use them only to review your request and prepare your tattoo. We do not publish your submissions. Please do not send images you do not have the right to share.
Our content and ownership
The text, photos, tattoo artwork, logos and other content on the site belong to Mission Beach Tattoo or the artists and photographers who created them and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content or artwork for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise it is always complete, current or error-free. Blog posts and local information, including information about weather, tides, traffic and events, are for general interest only. What the text messages are
If you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Mission Beach Tattoo, we may text you to:
- reply to your questions and tattoo inquiries;
- schedule, confirm or change appointments;
- send appointment reminders and follow-ups about your visit; and
- provide customer service.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages unless you separately and specifically agree to receive them. Agreeing to receive appointment and customer-service texts does not sign you up for promotions.
How you agree (consent)
- Website form: when a form on our site offers text messages, you agree by providing your mobile number and checking the separate, optional box that says you agree to receive text messages from Mission Beach Tattoo. The box is never checked for you, and it is separate from sending the form or accepting these Terms.
- Texting us first: if you text our studio number, you agree that we may text you back about your message.

Message frequency, rates and carriers
- Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and your appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

- To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message. You will get a confirmation, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
